Process Operations Support (Power Engineer)

Support Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activities on Process Systems and Utilities.

Represent the Client for the inspection and verification of Contractors work based upon proper specifications.

Conduct walk-downs during construction to ensure that systems are being built to design and Construction Work Package Specifications.

Support Construction as required to carry out their work .. e.g. prepairing the safe isolation, deisolation of equipment and all Safe Work Permits.

Witness Pipe Flushing, Vessel Cleaning and acceptance.

Regular interface with Base Plant and Construction Personnel, minimizing conflict and maximizing cooperation during the completion and commissioning phases.

Development of Operating Manuals and Procedures to ensure a safe integrated start-up of expanded or new systems and equipment.

Supervise the actions of Clients Operational Staff during pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operational phases of project execution.

Operations Support for all other systems as required.

Safe Work Permit Coordinator / Gas Testing.

Steady State Operations / Start-up / Shutdown / Commissioning & Start-up / Mantenance Procedures.

Procedure Modifications: (updating)

Ensure that individual procedures are updated and certified according to schedule.

Ensure that all updated procedures to confirm to the agreed-upon layout and formatting standards.

Ensure that procedures are technically correct.

Maintain links between the procedures and other elements of process safety, particularly operating information (safe limits), management of change and training.

Operations Training Manuals:

Operation Manuals adhere to a specific format, content and style guidelines as utilized by the client. Consideration is given to usability, ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality.

Graphics:

3D Interactive Graphics are produced from Vendor Construction Drawings, Isometrics, photos, sketches, etc. These graphics can then be utilized as training material for operations as they may view systems within a 3D perspective thusly aiding in a more rapid understanding of the process. 3D Interactive Graphics may be incorporated into Power Point and Acrobat Reader.

No expensive software is required to be purchased by the client.

Sulphurtech has over 12 years of experience within the sulphur forming industry. Over the years attention to quality was always the utmost goal as the accumulation of dust during handling of this product can make it hazardous.

The key to creating a high quality product is to prevent the slow and often rapid accumulation of blockage material that builds up during the process. This can be prevented by eliminating the "dead spots" and achieving the most consistent flow at balanced pressures. By achieving the proper design modifications to the process and the Rotoform system, being Sandvik or Berndorf, a high quality product can be achieved. Sulphurtech can achieve these goals.
